Use ‘Smart Totals' to see the value of any highlighted transaction, and see the reconciled balance of your account at any given time with our new retrospective bank reconciliation report.
• Generate invoices, quotes, orders or proformas for your customers:
  Choose whether you want to turn a quotation into an order, invoice or keep the quotation for your records to use again in the future.
• Sales order processing and purchase:
  Create orders, allocate and despatch stock, produce delivery notes, be informed of stock shortfalls and automatically generate a purchase order.
• Discounts and deposit:
  Automatically calculate the effect of percentage discounts or one-off reductions and display the information clearly on your invoices.
• Bill of Materials:
  Set up records of the basic 'kit of parts' for your manufactured or assembled items.
• Foreign trader:
  Process foreign currency transactions and keep track of your assets. See at a glance foreign currency bank balances and correct any transaction errors.
• Microsoft Excel® integrated reporting:
  Microsoft Excel ® can link directly to your Sage 50 Accounts Professional data so that directors and managers can access and analyse accounts information without needing to use Sage 50 Accounts Professional themselves or have it installed on the same PC.
• Support for UK charities:
  Fund management, charity-specific financial reports and an improved chart of accounts designed just for charities.
