Designed to meet the needs of an accountant in practice, Sage Company Secretarial is an easy-to-use, computerised equivalent of a traditional paper-based combined register of company statutory records.

Sage Company Secretarial helps you meet the needs of your clients accurately and quickly. It produces Companies House forms and allows you to file them electronically - with clients benefiting from a £15 saving when you file their annual return electronically.

Please note your practice must be a certified member of an Accountancy body to use this software.

Is this right for me?

Sage Company Secretarial also allows you to produce an extensive range of fully up-to-date and compliant Companies House forms, including the annual returns as well as stock transfer forms, share certificates, dividend warrants and lists, as well as the minutes of AGM and directors' meetings.

Statutory registers are easily accessible and can be printed in full. Additional reports are also available to assist in audits.

Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.

Works with Microsoft Office 2000 and all later editions, and please ensure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.

This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows NT4 operating systems.

Apple Mac compatibility
