Is Connect for Sage 50 right for me?

Connect for Sage 50 is a middleware product that lets you integrate your website with your Sage accounting software.

Automating your business processes using Connect provides a host of benefits to your business;

Connect uses a simple “data feed” to import or export data using either the Web, Email, File or FTP connectors which means Connect can be integrated with any website or application.

Additional plug-ins can be purchased which allow you to integrate your Sage software with dozens of third party ecommerce and CRM systems including the following:

Recommended hardware

• An IBM®-compatible computer with a 2GHz (or equivalent) processor
• At least 1GB RAM
• At least 600MB of free disk space after Microsoft® Windows has been installed
• Network users only: 1Gbps network with Microsoft Windows networking

Minimum hardware

• An IBM-compatible computer with a 1GHz (or equivalent) processor
• 512MB RAM
• 400MB of free disk space after Microsoft Windows has been installed
• Network users only: 100Mbps network with Microsoft Windows networking

Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.

Works with Microsoft Office 2000 and all later editions, and please ensure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.

This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows NT4 operating systems.

• Windows XP (Recommended)
• Windows Vista

Apple Mac compatibility

Sage software is not compatible with Apple Macs, unless you are running Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
