Incidents are given case numbers and all calls recorded so you can easily refer to the history of an issue if necessary. All calls are recorded and, where appropriate, a follow-up email clarifies the main points of the advice given.

Compliance Trail
If you need a history of the advice on which you have acted, the Professional team can supply you with an appropriate report, documenting website usage, documents downloaded and case reports. This part of the service can save much time and money with a solicitor, as it pieces together the history of an incidence.
