Sage Instant Accounts

Sage Instant Accounts (RRP £115) lets you manage your finances, accounts, customers and suppliers. It includes lots of built-in advice and help, a practice mode that allows you to try things out, and a choice of video demonstrations to guide you through tasks. You can quickly and easily track where your money is coming from and going to with in-built diary, and with the VAT Ledger you can generate your VAT Returns, EC Sales List and Reverse Charge Sales List, and make submissions and payments to HM Revenue & Customs. You can even submit your VAT returns to HMRC via email and get an extra 10 days to pay .

Sage Instant Payroll

Sage Instant Payroll (RRP £100) lets you process your employees' wages without the need to understand the complexities of payroll legislation. You can manage employee information and complete employee records. All gross and net pay, tax, National Insurance, statutory payments and deductions are also calculated automatically for you. It ensures accuracy and you can even choose how and when to pay your employees.

Sage Business Advice: also included is Sage HR Advice and Sage Health & Safety Advice, our online support service that will make sure your business stays compliant with HR and HS legislation.

Sage Instant Payroll

• Automatically calculate gross and net pay, tax and National Insurance, in accordance with legislation
• Automatically calculate employees' sick, maternity, paternity and/or adoption pay
• Assign pension scheme details to employees. Deductions are made automatically
• Produce statutory forms, such as P45, P14/P60 and P35
• Record tax credits and student loans for automatic payment and deductions
• Submit Year End returns to HMRC via the Internet, to save time
• Maintain and print individual employee records.

*Sage Instant Payroll can handle up to 10 leavers in a given financial year.
