Sage Instant Accounts

Sage Instant Accounts (RRP £115) is ideal for new and small businesses, and lets you manage your finances, customers and suppliers. It takes care of your cash flow, invoicing, VAT and lets track money going in and out of your business easily, as well as submitting online HM Revenue & Customs at year end (a requirement from 2010). It's also packed with built-in help and advice, a practice mode that allows you to try things out, and video demos to guide you through important tasks.

Sage Instant Payroll

Sage Instant Payroll (RRP £100) lets you process your employees' wages without the need to understand the complexities of payroll legislation. You can manage employee information and store employee records, and track holidays and absence. All gross and net pay, tax, National Insurance, statutory payments and deductions are calculated automatically, and you can choose how and when to pay your employees.

Sage Business Advice: also included is Sage HR Advice and Sage Health & Safety Advice, our online support service that will make sure your business stays compliant with HR and HS legislation.

Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.

Works with Microsoft Office 2002/XP, 2003 and 2007, but is not yet compatible with Microsoft Office 2010. Please make sure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.

Apple Mac compatibility

Sage software is not compatible with Apple Macs, unless you are running Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
