Sage Instant Accounts Plus (from £205) is easy to use accounts software designed for small and growing businesses to make managing your money, VAT, end of year accounts and invoicing as quick and easy as possible. It has all the features of Instant Accounts with the added ability to manage stock, and set up over a network with 2 users.

Sage Instant Payroll Explore

Sage Instant Payroll Explore (RRP £110) is an annual software licence plan that lets you run the payroll of up to 10 employees. It is easy to set up and use and lets you store your employee information, process your payroll, produce payslips and manage your payroll year end without any prior experience. Plus, it comes complete with our very best support, including priority telephone support, online help articles, email support and much more.

Sage Business Advice: also included is Sage HR Advice and Sage Health & Safety Advice, our online support service that will make sure your business stays compliant with HR and HS legislation.

Sage Instant Payroll Explore

• Sage Instant Payroll 12 month software licence
• Automatically calculate gross and net pay, tax and National Insurance, in accordance with legislation.
• Automatically calculate employees' sick, maternity, paternity and/or adoption pay.
• Assign pension scheme details to employees, and make automatic deductions.
• Produce statutory forms such as P45, P14/P60 and P35.
• Record tax credits and student loans for automatic payment and deductions.
• Submit Year End returns to HMRC online.
• Maintain and print individual employee records.*
• Online support included: 'Ask Sage' online database and contact our email helpdesk.

*Sage Instant Payroll Explore can handle up to 10 leavers in a given financial year.

Licence Information

• Our licence plans give you the freedom to choose the one that is right for you and your business. So not only do you receive the latest Sage Instant Payroll software and legislation updates, you also benefit from support - when you want it and the way you want it.
• Your initial right to use the software and receive support is for 1 year and your right to use the software and to receive support will renew annually (fees will be payable each year) unless you tell us in writing in accordance with the provisions of the licence agreement, that you want to stop using the software and receiving support at the end of any year.

Technical notes:

• Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.
• Works with Microsoft Office 2002/XP, 2003 and 2007, but is not yet compatible with Microsoft Office 2010. Please make sure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed
• This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT4 or Windows 2000 operating systems.
• The latest service packs should be installed for your operating system before installing or upgrading Sage products. 32-bit Operating Systems recommended.
• Whilst there are no browser requirements for Sage Software, we recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or above for internet access to Sage Support and important Sage updates for your products.
• Some features in Sage Software require an internet connection.

Apple Mac compatibility

Sage software is not compatible with Apple Macs, unless you are running Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
